What Is the Portable Smart Meter?

The Portable Smart Meter is a rugged, compact energy metering device that sits between the mains power supply and your customer’s equipment. It measures electricity usage in real time and transmits every reading over Orion, The Real-Time Data Network™, to your SmarterView dashboard, supporting both pre-pay and post-pay billing.

Because it is portable, the meter can be used at any available power source across your site, on-shore and on-pontoons, with no infrastructure changes and no electricians required.
